It is refreshing and uplifting to focus on the positive impact that acts of kindness and charity can have. “The Heart of Love” is a testament that shines a light on the selfless efforts of Evelyn Peters-Washington and other individual members of her 501 (C) (3) organization, Families Across America, Inc., serving across the globe, making a difference in the lives of those in need.
Earthly riches, positions, and possessions are temporary. So, “Life is not just about all that we see during the here and the now. It’s about what we leave behind at the end of life’s passage”. We can take comfort in knowing our future is already settled. So rather than letting earthly desires consume you. Scripture encourages us to look forward to all God has for you making every effort to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. And, remember to guard your heart. Because as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7). In the Bible, “heart” represents the center of one’s thoughts and intentions, so this verse emphasizes the power of our inner mindset. Which essentially means that a person’s inner thoughts and motivations greatly influence their actions and character.
